On a warm day, you can smell the amazing treats downtown just a block away! The spacious apartment has an interior stairway - the washer/dryer hookup is in the foyer at the base of the stairs. The rest of the apartment is all upstairs including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. It has newer carpet, updated flooring in the kitchen, and cool tones throughout. The best feature, besides tons of space, is the built-in storage in every room! The nooks, cupboards, and closets are incredible for a one-bedroom flat!! It also has newer windows and electric baseboard heat.
Rent is $875 and the deposit is $600. If you have a referral from another Running Creek Resident, you will get $100 off your deposit (and they also get $100) so be sure to list your friend’s name when you apply. The Application is FREE. If you’re approved, the final step is a background/credit check once you know you’re getting the keys around $40ish per adult.
We also offer flexible Rent Plans to fit your pay schedule. You may choose traditional 1st of the month OR 1st & 15th. Just let our staff know what works best for your budget. You can set up online rent pay on auto-draft for your convenience.
What we adore about this space: The entry stairway is so much fun! It adds a bit of dramatic appeal when you first walk in and we love a space that has a sense of history. The built-in storage is swoon worthy, too. The flat top stove is also a huge plus, and the newer windows have tons of natural light!
