Once you’ve submitted your Support Docs, your file will be reviewed and hopefully, you’ll receive a text from Mary letting you know the Approval Committee has selected your household to be matched with this home. The final step is a background/credit check with is done with TransUnion. The cost is $41.99 per adult. Then, once those reports come back clear - you’re fully approved!!
